Clean Harbors is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to sit in our Norwell, MA office. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee production and supply planning for our blending and packaging sites. This role involves managing tolling and drumming operations, supervising raw materials inventory, and leading a team of planners. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales to align supplies with demand, review forecasts for production optimization, and develop and improve metrics to enhance operational performance.

- Oversee production and supply planning for the company’s blending and packaging sites, ensuring timely delivery of products and smooth operations.
- Manage tolling and drumming operations, ensuring demand is understood and a production plan is in place.
- Supervise raw materials inventory to support uninterrupted production and communicate regularly with customers, providing updates on production performance.
- Lead a team of production planners and supply planners, staying hands-on with operations and revamping processes as necessary to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to manage supplies and production plans for branded products, ensuring demand is understood and updates are communicated effectively.
- Review demand forecasts and provide actionable suggestions to align production with customer needs and operational goals.
- Lead internal calls, such as Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and compile reports to analyze current performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate with vendors, manage SCARs, and provide forecasts as required to support supply chain operations.
- Step in to manage tasks directly during operational gaps or staff attrition to ensure continued production flow.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and performance improvement
- Proven experience with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud, or SAP to manage supply chain operations effectively
- Experience in demand forecasting and production planning
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBi) for reporting and insights
- Familiarity with inventory management and logistics processes
