Job Summary
The Manager, Talent Management Business Partner will lead and innovate our talent management strategies. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact talent management initiatives that support our organization's strategic objectives. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational performance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, develop, retain, and engage top talent across the organization.
- Lead the design and implementation of leadership development programs and succession planning processes.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify key talent needs and develop targeted plans.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze talent data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving talent management practices.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive organizational change and improve employee experience.
- Manage and mentor a team of talent management professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related area.
- Proven experience in leading talent management initiatives and driving organizational change.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
- This position is primarily sedentary and requires the associate to be seated for the majority of the workday.
- The role involves sitting and regularly typing on a keyboard for extended periods.
- Requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long durations, including reviewing personal and others’ work as well as incoming and outgoing communications via computer and mobile devices.
- Must be able to work remotely, manage workload efficiently, prioritize projects with minimal supervision, and maintain a quiet setting while interacting with customers.
- The role necessitates clear listening and speaking abilities for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
- This position may require up to 20% travel.
