Job Title: Manager, Zero Trust Security

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of NFCU's Zero Trust Security framework.
• Manage and mentor the Zero Trust team in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Oversee the development and deployment of Zero Trust capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with security policies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Zero Trust initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in security management.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust principles and frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM preferred.
