Overview:
Elite law firm seeking an experienced Defense trial attorney in their Ft Myers office, with opportunity to be a Department Head. This is an in-office role.
- Preferred experience: third party auto, premises, construction and/or general liability defense
- First chair civil trial experience preferred
- Experience supervising attorneys and support staff
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Conduct and attend hearings, depositions and mediations
- Client communications
- Must be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
