Position: Managing Director Telecommute Opportunity
DUTIES: Responsible for leading and growing our practice in a
collaborative, supportive, and inclusive environment. Providing
leadership and strategic direction and playing a key role in building
integrated go to market approaches and business model(s). Serve as a
highly visible business leader on a team that is passionate about
improving healthcare and focused on enhancing patient care. Work
directly with physician leaders and hospitals in areas such as clinical
variation and utilization, patient safety and quality, clinical
governance etc. and help develop/refine Impact Advisors Clinical
Operations solution offering. Focus on business development and forging
client relationships that will help propel Impact Advisors toward being
the key leader in the healthcare performance improvement space. Develop
other leaders on the team as well as internal programs and methodology.
Responsible for: 1) developing and growing teams focused on operational
and performance improvement in a healthcare setting; 2) growing the team
by leveraging new and established professional relationships to generate
new business and grow existing services; 3) anticipating needs and
proactively providing customized solutions by engaging, guiding, and
inspiring healthcare leaders to implement positive change; and 4)
motivating and guiding team members towards firm goals through personal
achievement. May telecommute from any location in the U.S. 75% domestic
travel required to visit client sites.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: This position requires an MD or equivalent
advanced clinical degree and a Masters degree or equivalent in Business
Administration or a related field. Must have 5 years of related
consulting experience. Must also have 24 months of experience with each
of the following: 1) Managing and supporting efforts around
developing/refining consulting offerings and analytical solutions that
integrate with existing healthcare technologies, 2) Leading large
complex integrated performance improvement projects for clients, 3)
Generating and helping secure new or add-on healthcare consulting
engagements, 4) Developing go-to-market models for services and
technology solutions, and 5) Providing strategic direction to product
line leaders to build and enhance solution offerings for technology and
data analytics. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently.
Full-time, position may telecommute from any location in the U.S. 75%
domestic travel required to visit client sites. HQ at Naperville, IL.
