Job Summary: The District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for managing sales performance among Sales Consultants (SCs) to drive a high-performance culture. This role focuses on coaching and developing talent to achieve profitable planned case and sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to meet sales goals.
- Implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive and competitive sales environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 5+ years of sales management experience.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in sales analytics and CRM software.
