Manufactory Associate - Spherion

Entry level position, learning to either preform, press or finish rubber molded seal or gaskets.

Responsibilities:
Preform ? Manufacture preformed rubber which meets specifications and production
requirements.
Press ? Operate compression, transfer or injection presses to make preformed rubber into rubber
seals or gaskets.
Finishing ? Use hand tools or automated trim machines to trim or buff parts to meet the final
specifications.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
All of our positions require moderate physical effort including lifting up to 40 lbs (not
repetitively), constant standing, and exposed to a non-climate controlled environment, with
temperatures ranging between 40 degrees and 100+ degrees dependent on outside weather

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.

? Attention to SAFETY, DETAIL and QUALITY is a must.
? Daily attendance is a requirement of the job, as is arriving on time. Overtime is expected when
customer demand dictates the need.
? Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift if needed, although you may be trained on 1st shift.
