Manufactured Lumber Sales - Hunt Forest Products

LaSalle Lumber Company, LLC is seeking an experienced lumber inside sales person to join our team! We are a dynamic and rapidly growing forest products company located in Ruston, Louisiana. Ruston is home to Louisiana Tech University and neighbor to Grambling State University. These vibrant communities provide our area with numerous cultural and recreational opportunities. Responsibilities

• Makes outgoing customer calls in order to sell products and services
• Answers questions about product specifications and pricing
• Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes
• Assists sales with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
• Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback
• Maintains working knowledge of products and services sold and keeps current on industry developments
• Travel up to 30%

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
• 3 or more years of sales lead experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends for travel and/or trade shows
