Manufacturing Assembler - Spherion

Spherion is hiring Assemblers in Indianapolis, IN.
M-F 6:30A-3P $18.00/hr
M-F 3pm-11:30pm $18.50/hr

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the production and assembly of both remanufactured and original equipment clutches and associated components, meeting quantity and quality expectations while ensuring the safety of yourself and others.
-Responsible to work within established quality and ELS systems.
-Comply with safety policies and regulations to include usage of specific PPE as required in work instructions or other guidance specific to your work area.
-Report any variances in quality, safety, or other guidelines to your cell leader or member of management.
-Responsible to perform lean activities as directed.

Working hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Skills:
-Computer abilities

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-3 years manufacturing experience
-General knowledge of clutch production techniques and technologies
-Interpersonal communication skills
