Job Summary:
As we continue to scale one of the fastest growing apparel brands, we are seeking a: Finishing Team Member 1. This is a fast-paced position that will be cross trained in many functions of the finishing operation. We promote growth and the opportunity to rotate through operational areas to keep you safe, healthy, and fresh.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver a quality product through all functions of finishing.
• Work in a manufacturing line and rotate positions as needed.
• Perform finished good assembly. (Apply packing, stickers, etc.)
• Be constantly vigilant to ensure that product is being packaged to product and quality specifications.
• Train to and operate mid-level machinery.
• Troubleshoot operational issues with line coworkers as they arise.
• Communicate issues with the maintenance and engineering teams using forms and technology provided.
• Work collaboratively with the team to increase productivity while maintaining a safety working environment.
• Work safely and follow all stretching, strength, and ergonomic programs in place.
• Perform pre and post operational inspections of equipment to ensure safe and reliable performance.
• Practice good housekeeping measures throughout the shift.
• Demonstrate teamwork by communicating daily with team members and leadership.
• Treat all co-workers at DTV with respect, honesty, and flexibility.
• Communicate any equipment or quality issues to Team Leader and/or Shift Supervisor as necessary.
• Complete any machine changeovers correctly and efficiently to minimize line downtime.
Qualifications:
• Education equivalent to: High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and able to manage confidential information.
• Strong safety and quality focus.
• Strong math base.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to always be professional and courteous.
• Ability to lift 50lbs continuously.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability and willingness to perform multiple functions of finishing as required.
• Ability to utilize technology (tablet, PC, handheld, etc.) to conduct business processes and communicate with coworkers and other departments as needed.

Working Conditions:
• Manufacturing environment – exposure to machinery, noise, and other adverse conditions for limited periods of time depending on the role
