Lead and implement Lean Six Sigma process improvements across multiple production areas
Work primarily on the first shift, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Focus on improving manual processes, with a keen eye on automation opportunities
Oversee operations in three buildings, including warehousing and raw materials
Ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and experience in high-speed filling operations with low to mid-level manufacturing automation
