Manufacturing Engineer at HNI Corporation

• Proactively participate in tiered meetings and represent department-specific metrics/projects.
• Support and address production issues with lean problem-solving tools.
• Partner with key stakeholders to help achieve department goals utilizing lean principles (RCI, MDI, 5S, etc.).
• Provide technical support and problem-solving to support day-to-day operational needs.
• Research developing technologies and identify opportunities for implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing process design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
