Key Responsibilities
- Support department Team Leads in assessing manufacturing capabilities, devising corrective actions for production issues, and recommending revisions to operational methods, equipment layout changes, and other adjustments to facilitate production processes and improve standards.
- Assist the Maintenance Department in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and fabrication.
- Oversee the design, drafting, and troubleshooting of tooling and fixtures.
- Develop capital projects following moveero guidelines, including quote gathering, timeline tracking, budgeting, and safe execution.
- Evaluate and improve current processes for workforce safety, resource efficiency, and quality of finished goods.

The Person
- Mechanical engineer degree.
- 3-5 years related experience.
- Knowledge and experience with LEAN Enterprise required.
- Ability to interpret business plans and meetings to generate specific actions for Maintenance Techs.
- Ability to work in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations is required.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong project management skills.
