Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This full-time, permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative, innovative, and forward-thinking team that is committed to delivering exceptional results. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and improving manufacturing processes, driving product development, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods.
2. Apply knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials to ensure quality production.
3. Design, install, and commission new production units, monitor modifications and upgrades, and troubleshoot existing processes.
4. Use AutoCAD and other CAD software to design and test system layouts.
5. Implement process improvements to achieve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop solutions.
7. Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
8. Conduct root cause analysis of manufacturing issues to respond quickly and effectively to problems.
9. Maintain a current knowledge base of industry standards, trends, and advancements in manufacturing engineering.
10. Ensure all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
3. Proven experience with process engineering, product development, AutoCAD, manufacturing processes, project management, and computer-aided design (CAD).
4. Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles and practices.
5. Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with staff at all levels.
8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. A strong commitment to health and safety standards.
