Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to conduct technical studies, optimize manufacturing processes, and apply Lean and Six Sigma principles.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
18 months of Manufacturing Engineering or related technical experience.
Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma principles.
Familiarity with engineering configuration requirements, tooling, quality control, plant safety, blueprint reading, and shop math.
Proficiency with computerized equipment such as CADAM, CATIA, Solumina, SAP, Corridor.
Preferred Skills:
Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification or higher.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct complex technical studies and operational analyses.
Prepare recommendations for equipment and manufacturing methods.
Author work instructions to optimize process efficiency.
Develop rework instructions for corrective actions.
Ensure all parts defined by Engineering are installed correctly through MBOM in relevant software tools.
Conduct research to ensure project conformance to requirements.
Apply statistical methods for estimating future manufacturing needs.
Implement Lean and Six Sigma principles in manufacturing processes.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $47.00 per hour
