Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Engineer position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on diagnosing and optimizing machinery and processes.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar design and drafting software.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with proven success in cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes within a LEAN environment.
• Oversee the New Product Development process and ensure the technical integrity of all engineering documentation.
• Analyze quality data to identify root causes and implement corrective measures for product flow improvements.
• Maintain and control engineering design documents and work instructions according to quality management standards.

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
