About the Job
Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer (also known as Technical Process Support, Operations Engineer), you'll be responsible for the technical process support of our bearings operations in a lean manufacturing environment. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to maintain and improve our manufacturing/machining processes, manage various projects, and work with the Procurement/Supply Chain department to determine cost solutions. You'll also coach, mentor, and develop team members through training, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement activities.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field, such as Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial or Materials.
- 0 to 2 years of engineering experience (Intern and/or co-op) in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and team-oriented mindset.
