About the Job
The Manufacturing Engineer will manage the Capital Expenditures process while working closely with a cross-functional team to drive Safety, Quality, Performance and Reliability
This position will provide operations and technical leadership to the Bakery and Cheese Operations
The Manufacturing Engineer will become increasingly involved in operations and may oversee production or act as a backup
You’ll also be responsible for:
• Maintaining programs and files for Capital and New Equipment Awareness
• Providing support to the operational leadership in our Bakery and Cheese Operations
• Overseeing Capital Expenditures and managing the Food Manufacturing capital plan for current and future years
• Troubleshooting issues and providing recommendations for safe and quick problem resolutions
• Working cross-functionally to ensure the build plan is efficiently being met
