Manufacturing Engineer - The Maven Group, LLC

The Maven Group is working with an 80+ year old, manufacturing client with offices worldwide. They are looking to add a talented Manufacturing Engineer to their growing team in Oklahoma City, OK.

This is a full-time, direct hire role with our client and will include a full benefit package. This is a very stable company with over 10% of its staff with 25 years of experience or more.

Position Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Position Type: Direct Hire
Position Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Your responsibilities will include:

• Process ownership, integration, and improvement of the assigned component parts and processes
• Drive all safety, quality, productivity and schedule attainment
• Perform all manufacturing engineering disciplines including FMEA, control plans, product quotes, process improvement, process design and integration, tooling/gauging/workstation design
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise on assigned component parts and their respective processes
• Continuous process improvement
• QMS compliance

MUST HAVE manufacturing experience. Ability to focus and generate the maximum results and understanding how to use performance metrics to focus work efforts.  Advanced technical ability in the areas of mechanics, pneumatics, cleaning, assembly, machining, pressing, tooling, materials handling, creating job instructions and completing stakeholder presentations is necessary.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, technology of physical science and 5-10 years experience in manufacturing engineering is required.
