The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the manufacturing processes within the company.

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the manufacturing processes within the company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures for Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Warranty Claims, Maintenance, Testing and Engineering related activities within manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products or processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste and improve overall operational performance. This includes time studies and part identification.
- Monitor and analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards to maintain a safe and environmentally friendly work environment.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of new equipment, technologies, and automation systems to enhance manufacturing capabilities and efficiency.
- Develop and manage the manufacturing engineering budget, ensuring optimal allocation or resources and cost control.

- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering field, required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineer role.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and equipment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel & bend.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts.
