o Tulsa, OK
o Houston, TX
--- Schedule: These are traditional Mon-Fri day shift opportunities
--- Compensation: Target base salary -$80K - $110K + annual performance bonus (5%)
o Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Relocation (lump sum) / sign-on bonus is available on a case-by-case basis; you also will participate in the company's Annual Variable Compensation Plan

Position Description: As a Manufacturing Engineer you will develop manufacturing processes, design, build or purchase equipment and manage facility utilization to support company's manufacture of Mechanized Irrigation Equipment. You will support Operations to ensure they are operating at optimum levels and manufacturing conforming parts. And you will be expected to also work closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance and Sourcing as well as Product Engineering, and Shipping personnel. Some other essential responsibilities include:
--- Support existing products as well as launch new products by developing, evaluating and improving manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts.
--- Design custom equipment, then managing it is built, run-off, installation, commissioning and operator training.
--- Support safety goals and objectives of the division and departments to help fulfill Safety by Objective goals.
--- Identify and execute cost savings opportunities.
--- Research, specify, negotiate Capital Equipment Acquisitions and then manage the installation, commissioning, and training.
--- Understand and embrace the importance of integrating processes into existing facilities for efficient, safe material flow.
--- Be passionate about working with people around the world to make the best value, market leading, standardized irrigation machine.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have experience working with MRP/ERP systems; demonstrate the ability to evaluate and make recommendations on quality control processes; and have a strong working knowledge of machine and tool design. Other preferred qualifications include formal education in Engineering; knowledge of or Experience working with Lean principles, 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, and Standardized Work; and experience with welding, galvanizing, stamping, machining, and fixtures.
