General Information
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Lunch is paid, plus overtime available.
- Driving a forklift, and lifting, weighing, stacking, and moving 50 lb bags of product for about 75% of the shift.
- These may be moved by forklift or by hand dolly.
- Good housekeeping must always be maintained.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner consistent with company rules and regulations.
- Run multiple pieces of equipment, i.e., batching mixers, pellet mills, grinders, grain cleaners.
- Receive ingredients by truck and rail, monitor ingredient inventory levels.
- Manufacture products to ensure they meet specifications and HACCP requirements.
- Standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing, pulling, and working in small spaces.
- Driving will be required to complete certain tasks. Safe operation of a forklift is required.
Must complete background check and drug test.
Must have forklift experience, at least 1+ years.
