Job Description
Adecco Staffing is sourcing for a Manufacturing Lead to join our client’s expanding team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. The Manufacturing Lead will work alongside operators at the company’s facility, overseeing work assignments and production scheduling.

Responsibilities
Your Challenge:

• Assign production tasks to employees to meet quality standards and production schedules.

• Review and adjust schedules as needed to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime.

• Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and housekeeping standards.

• Provide coverage for production employees during absences.

• Arrange maintenance and repairs for equipment and tools.

Requirements
What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with production scheduling

Preferred Qualifications

• Job shop experience

• Familiarity with metal coatings

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
