POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Manufacturing Maintenance Manager, your roles and responsibilities will include:
1. Lead a comprehensive safety process to prevent injuries and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
2. Implement and maintain a reliability-centered maintenance process to improve machine uptime, OEE, and lower operations costs.
3. Provide departmental leadership to ensure high plant condition and equipment performance standards.
4. Ensure maintenance team possesses appropriate skills, offering support for technical training and development.
5. Manage capital projects, plant budgeting, and departmental spend, identifying technical improvements.
6. Utilize reliability tools to address critical equipment failures and downtime, implementing solutions to enhance equipment reliability.
7. Act as a key plant leadership team member, driving plant/process improvements and setting high performance standards.
8. Support pillar continuous improvement activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal Manufacturing Maintenance Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
Must-Haves
1 Supervisory manufacturing experience.
2 Experience in running a manufacturing maintenance department.
3 Engineering degree; Mechanical; chemical or industrial engineering.
4 Minimum experience 3+ years of successful experience leading a plant maintenance department in an industrial manufacturing environment
Nice-To-Haves
1 understanding of OSHA requirements
2 Experience with CMMS
3 Good communication skills
Must-Haves
