Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

We are searching for an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician at our Irving, TX facility. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Perform all duties requested in a Safe manner in accordance with the organization’s requirements.
• Perform scheduled activities regarding Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance per site specifications.
• Use site’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to record activities as required.
• Support Production efforts by maintaining, repairing and assisting the efforts to maximize equipment uptime, yield and throughput.
• Support the site by assisting in Electrical, Mechanical and Controls Installation of new equipment.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical ability, and background check.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

DESIRED QUALIFICATION:

2-year technical degree in Electrical Controls, Industrial Automation or equivalent.

Rockwell Logix Maintainer

COMPETENCIES:

• Ability read motor control logic schematics and drawings.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment controls on programmable logic controllers, SCADA, PC Controls.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics as well as troubleshoot and repair components and systems.
• Robotic controls and robotic mechanical repairs experience preferred,
• Ability to read, write, and orally communicate in English
• Ability to use a computer for assigned tasks as needed, such as entering data into the CMMS.
