We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our progressive manufacturing team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Allen Bradley, VFD, and 480V, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Performing routine and preventive maintenance on all production and operating equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity.
2. Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
3. Programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLCs and VFDs to ensure optimal machine performance.
4. Working with 480V systems, performing installations, modifications, and repairs in a safe and efficient manner.
5. Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to identify and implement improvements in processes and equipment.
6. Documenting all maintenance and repair work, and ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
7. Responding to emergency breakdowns and participating in the on-call rotation as required.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on Allen Bradley, VFD, and 480V.
2. A solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with the ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
3. Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLCs and VFDs.
4. Experience working with 480V systems, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery and equipment.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization.
7. A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
8. A valid driver's license and the ability to participate in the on-call rotation.
