Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM

Job Description:
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Manufacturing Office Assistant to support daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and communication within the manufacturing team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including organizing files, preparing documents, and assisting with inventory and purchasing tasks.
- Accurately maintain records in the manufacturing database.
- Handle client and supplier inquiries professionally.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Monitor stock, track orders, and liaise with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree a plus.
- Administrative or office support experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with manufacturing software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology is beneficial.
- Experience in purchasing and understanding of invoicing, packing slips, and receipts.
