In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform product assembly and basic equipment operation
- Assemble and test printed wiring assembly (PWA) boards
- Complete subassemblies and final assembly
- Apply appropriate labels
- In Circuit Testing (ICT)
- Operate wave solder
- Operate test (and other) equipment as assigned
- Participate in and support process improvement projects and initiatives as required
- Pre-forming of material as needed
- Operate x-ray inspection equipment if applicable
- Actively involved in continuous improvement events such as Kaizen
- Position requires flexibility and may rotate responsibilities within position
- Navigate PC/software as required for area assignment (Proficy, Aegis, SAP etc.)
- Complete all assigned training and maintain any certifications as required including quality IPC Level 2C

For This Role, You Will Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to understand verbal and written directions, bills of materials, assembly instructions, assembly drawings and associated written materials
- Physical demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to distinguish colors
- Able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience using PC and Microsoft Outlook
