Job Details Working closely with the Maintenance team, and under direction of the Maintenance Manager, this role will be responsible for: Installing and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, power equipment, motors, relays, switches, thermostats, circuit-breaker panels, power supply wiring, cables, conduit, etc. Closely following electrical code, manuals, specifications, schematics, and blueprints Troubleshooting and resolving problems in electrical circuits and equipment using test instruments and equipment Measuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembling, and installing electrical conduit rulers, measuring devices, hand tools, pipe threaders, and conduit benders Making time and materials estimates Identifying necessary repairs / preventive maintenance on buildings, grounds, and equipment Responding to emergencies, as needed Qualified candidates will offer: Valid Journeyman Electricians or Master Electrician license for the state of TX Valid driver's license 5yrs experience as Electrician Reliability, organization, and strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - internal and external to the company Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and written reference guides Strong knowledge of electrical circuits and wiring, and operating principles of motors Strong knowledge of local electrical codes Experience with necessary hand and power tools Strong mathematical skills Interested in hearing more?
