JOB FUNCTION: As a Manufacturing Process Engineer you will mainly responsible for improving and supporting equipment maintenance for all Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Wave-soldering machines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and SMT experience
LANGUAGE: English proficiency is required, Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Read and understand work orders and manufacturing work instructions
- Knowledge of ISO-9001, ESD, SPC, and IPC-A-610
- Strong knowledge and foundation of SMT, Wave-soldering, and electronic manufacturing
- Attention to detail
- Mathematical skills
- Observational skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and document operation and preventive maintenance procedures for SMT and wave machines.
- Perform preventive maintenance for SMT machines.
- Create and maintained machine spare parts.
- Provide training to technician and operator on SMT machines.
- Design and implement new tools to help improve quality and productivity.
- Provide engineering support to production lines.
- Coordinate facilities work with the division.
