Lingo Staffing is hiring multiple Production/Assembly Associates for a Manufacturing company located in Georgetown, Tx
Shift: DayPay rate: $17.00 with $1.00 increase once hired on perm
Responsibilities:· Operate equipment to create parts or components.· Work to set production pace· Comply with all Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.· Cross train in various work centers· Perform quality checks· Fill out necessary production/quality paperwork completely and accurately· This position is responsible for maintaining and supporting IATF16949 and understanding the consequences of the product/process not meeting the standard or customer’s quality requirements.
Education/Background/Experience:· High School diploma or GED.· Manufacturing experience.· Will work in metric numbers and be able to interpret basic production data to decide on production and quality issues.
