Duration : 11 Months

Location : Guntersville, AL 35976

Shift : 2 weeks on dayshift and 2 weeks on nightshift (12 hours per day); overtime available approximately 6-8 hours OT.

1 week worker will work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. And the 2nd week they will work Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Dayshift: 7:00 - 7:00 PM and Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description:

• The Scale Operator is responsible for operating the scale in an accurate, efficient manner with superior customer service.
• As a Scale Operator, you will weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain.
• Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interaction and behaviors.
• Be an involved/engaged member of a team. Maintain the general appearance of the facility to include scale room, office building, breakroom, etc.
• Ability to problem solve and make decision as needed. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

• Must be able to operate mobile equipment
• Comfortable working with heights around 30 feet
• Work in all weather conditions
• Lifting up to 50 Lbs.
• Must complete background check and drug test
