We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Services Engineering Intern to join our dynamic Engineering team. Location: Faribault, MN in office 5 days per week

Timeline: This Internship opportunity is for May–August 2025

What you will do:


* Work with an assigned engineer to research and analyze data related to the production of Daikin’s products
* Design/improve/test production processes or systems under the direction of the assigned engineer
* Work with assigned engineers to design/implement tools and processes intended to improve the quality and efficiency of the production operation

Minimum Qualifications:


* Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
* Experience with Solidworks or related CAD software
* Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
* Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:


* Reside within a 300-mile radius of our Faribault North Factory
