Manufacturing Superintendent - Judge Group

• Chemical or batching experience - preferred
• Bi-lingual Spanish - Required
• Salary range 95-110K base + bonus + benefits + 401k 

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (Spanish) Manufacturing Superintendent to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the manufacturing team to ensure efficient production processes.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands.
• Monitor production performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of production staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.
