About the Job
As a Manufacturing Supervisor in our facility, this individual will provide leadership, guidance, and supervision of hourly production, quality assurance, maintenance, and distribution employees. This individual will work closely with members of management staff and corporate to ensure quality products are safe and efficiently produced within scheduled timeline.
Hours: 10pm-6am, Sun- Thur, this role may require off shift hours, weekends, and holidays.

Experience-Education:
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Supply Chain or related field highly desired.
- We are seeking 1+ years of increasing responsibility in food manufacturing/processing environment.
- Must possess strong leadership skills, problem solving skills, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills at various levels of the company.
- Proficient computer skills, including usage of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills for working cross-functionally in a fast-paced work environment.
Competencies-Skills (Preferred):
- Experience identifying, recommending, and finding solutions utilizing Lean Practices, Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma practices.
- Experience with GMP's, HAACP, sanitation, process improvement, plant safety programs, and quality assurance.
- Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of increasing responsibility in a food-manufacturing environment, including supervisory accountability, preferred.
- HACCP Training a plus.
Physical Requirements for production positions regularly include:
- Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
- Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
- Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present
- Shift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime
