Job Details
SUMMARY:
As our Logistics Specialist & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for processing customers’ orders, generating Sales and MRP reports, and logistics planning.
MUST HAVES:
- Microsoft 365
- SAP Transactions Knowledge or some sort of ERP Systems
- Supply Chain
- Manufacturing Logistics Industry Experience
NICE TO HAVES:
- HVAC or the Commercial Ovens industry experience
- Bilingual in Mandarin
- Customer Service experience
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, receive and process orders, create and distribute documentation
- Input data into ERP system, distributing documentation accordingly
- Evaluate and manage orders to ensure they are accurately dated and achieve on-time delivery that meets customer requirements
- Provide proactive customer service and support facility operations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Inventory and Management Operations
- Review MRP requirements and create reports to determine material supply needs.
- Creating and release of work orders to the shop floor, in a timely manner
- Creating and maintaining process flow charts for key, critical, or new products
- Business Reporting – Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in business or similar studies and/ or equivalent experience in supply chain background
- 2+ years of experience managing transactions through the SAP ERP system
- Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications such as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated understanding of Operations Management best practices
