Our Fabricators assist in the manufacturing process by working the production line as instructed; utilizing specialized machinery, tools, and equipment, finalizing and packaging products for shipment; and adhering strictly to health and safety guidelines. The ideal team member should maintain production standards and work towards improving efficiency without compromising quality.
Essential Functions

- Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
- Operates a fabrication shop and machine shop machinery and equipment.
- Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
- Observes machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction.
- Measure’s workpiece dimensions to determine the accuracy of machine operation.
- Operates any equipment needed to perform the job.
- Performs related duties as assigned by supervision
- Operates forklift as required
- Performs any assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools
- Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Packaging completed items for shipping
- Maintaining inventory on hardware
- Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues
- Lifting heavy materials
- Keep a record of material and equipment
- Wear proper safety equipment.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds. This job's specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED diploma, or three to six months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work are typically Monday through Friday. Additional days and hours, including Saturdays, may be required as dictated by business needs.
Shifts:
- 1st shift - 6:00 AM - 2:30PM/8:00 AM – 4:30PM
Required Education and Experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Forklift Experience
- Prior experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Shipping Experience
