About the Job
You support photolithography and micro assembly processes tied to patterning complex optical coating across a broad wavelength spectrum on a wide variety of different substrates utilizing common photolithography techniques
You will work closely within a multifunctional team including other manufacturing technicians as well as engineers who support the day-to-day processes and operations within the cell
You must be comfortable handling chemicals safely and supporting a culture of safety first
Complete work orders in assembly of high values optical specimens based on photolithography techniques in a timely manner
Follow standard operating procedures for quality consistency
Support engineering efforts in innovating and developing novel photolithography techniques to support new business opportunities
Support and execute Design of Experiment (DOE) efforts to understand and troubleshoot process issue as well as improving process efficiency
Be an expert in the photolithography area and contribute inputs to creating new products
Primary location is Tyngsboro; however, flexibility is required to travel to Westford locations based on business needs
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Manual dexterity is required
Experience in a cleanroom environment is a preferred
Basic understanding of photolithography preferred
Good Computer skills
Ideal candidate with these: Photolithography using Positive/Negative Resist, Expose, Develop, Bake and Inspection of Multilayered Substrates – we coat on optics – only difference
Photolithography Area: Spin Coating, Thickness Measurement, UV Exposure, Optical Inspection, CD Measurement and Resist Develop
Etch & Metal Area: Reactive Ion Etching, E-Beam Evaporation, Surface Profilometry and Metal Lift-Off
Wet Etch Metallized wafers
Responsible for the lift-off, absorber screening, dicing and probing of SAW wafers
