About the Job
We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our team at our Fort Worth, TX facility for 2nd Shift!
- Training will take place on 1st Shift.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Supporting fabrication production lines in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory improvements.
- Conduct studies (researching, gathering, comparing, computing, and evaluating data) to determine improvement opportunities in efficiency, quality, cost, and safety then plan and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain systems associated with production processes, layouts, flow, equipment, and communications.
- Work with colleagues to develop and implement great, new ideas that consist of but not limited to the development of standard work/training guidelines for new teammates.
- Collaborate and work with cross functional teams such as Engineering and Finance to achieve plant goals (quality, manufacturing, materials, design, engineering, and finance).
- Performing other work as advised by Supervision.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- 3 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a technician role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in fabrication, lean concepts, basic shop math, basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English Language.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- CAD experience and knowledge

- The pay range for this position is $44,520.00 - $76,320.00. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
