Job Title: Manufacturing Technician (Production Filling Technician)

Bonus: Sign-On Bonus ($1500)
Schedule: 2:00pm to 10:30pm Monday thru Friday
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required (No Exceptions)
Background: MUST be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test (No Exceptions)
Important: Candidate must have at least 1 year experience working in a Manufacturing environment. Batching, Packaging, Testing, and Filling experience are highly preferred.
SUMMARY:
Filling and packaging of finished product in accordance with demand from customer orders and generation of batches throughout the plant system. Following plant systems procedures, policies, and processes. Along with safety, health, and environment standards. ISO 9001/2000, ISO 14001, as well as all federal, state, local and corporate regulations. Using hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, proper PPE, PMHE and various filling equipment to safely produce a quality finished product to achieve good customer service and business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate and maintain filling equipment and facilities.
- Handling of hazardous materials.
- Manage hazardous waste according to side policy, area specific procedures and training.
- Perform basic maintenance repairs/ troubleshooting, advanced as qualified.
- Fill, and package a quality product.
- Perform basic computer skills for various programs and equipment.
- Using lab instruments to test quality of finished products.
- Perform safety audits, inspections, etc.
- Keep up with housekeeping standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or better
- Industrial Manufacturing experience
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office
Other Qualifications:
- Satisfactory background screening.
- Satisfactory drug screen.
- Medical clearance to wear a respirator.
- Satisfactory results in pre-employment tests.
- Must be able to work in the United States legally.
- Must be able to and agree to sign a non-compete non-disclosure agreement.
