Job Description
Main Duties
Assemble mechanical and electrical parts of CROVER robots/systems.
Responsible for ordering parts and equipment needed for the manufacturing site, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
Liaise with local and overseas suppliers to manage orders, monitor shipment schedules, and address any issues that may arise.
Perform basic maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring equipment is working safely and efficiently.
Operating various equipment for the testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of electrical components, PCBs, and assembled devices.
Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve systems.
Test, inspect, and debug electrical components, PCBs, and software.
Perform routine inspections to identify potential problems; collate and compile relative fault analysis reports.
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair tasks performed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Monitor and track all pending orders, providing regular updates on scheduling and ensuring alignment with production timelines.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with hand and power tools, soldering, and testing equipment.
A basic understanding of CAD software and digital manufacturing tools (bonus points if you’ve used them before!).
The ability to troubleshoot wiring systems and interpret technical drawings.
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.
Experience testing and debugging Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to an innovative robotics company.

Compensation & Benefits:
Crover offers highly competitive, total compensation packages linked directly to an employee's professional experience. For New York State, the range of starting annual base pay for this role is $40,000- $45,000
