Manufacturing Technician I - Consol Innovations LLC

The Facility Cleaning Technician is responsible for assisting with operational maintenance, housekeeping, and minor repairs to the industrial building, grounds, and maintenance equipment. Reliable, focused, committed to building upkeep.

· Clean assigned facilities for the purpose of maintaining a sanitary, safe, and attractive environment.

· Safely operator floor and related electrical equipment.

· Safely operate common cleaning equipment and products associated with OSHA standards.

· Performs some repairs and maintenance of building by patching walls and doors, painting walls and trim, replacing fixtures, damaged ceiling and floor tiles, and repairs to carpet.

• Assist in the physical maintenance and cleaning of Building Four maintaining an area free of CFoam dust and other particulates.
• Landscape work, to include mowing and weed removal.
• Cleans, sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors by hand or machine; cleans carpet and/or furniture.
• Empty all trash receptables, replace liners, and place in dumpster.
• Washes windows, screens, sills, woodwork, doors, desks, walls, and ceilings.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms.
• Collects and disposes of waste and assists in keeping outside premises in an orderly condition.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure building is cleaned to the highest standards.
• Ability to perform custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness in the workplace.
• Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with working an entire shift on your feet and work in physically demanding environments.
• Ability to bend, carry, climb, push, pull, stoop, squat, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• 2+ years' experience in custodial, commercial cleaning or general labor.
• Knowledge of cleaning and waxing compounds, and insecticides, floor buffers and custodial equipment, and basic tools utilized in building maintenance.
