Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products
- Operate instruments in the laboratory that are necessary to complete tasks utilizing SOPs and work instructions, both general and customer-specific
- Support daily management by driving to root cause and suggesting countermeasures
- US High School diploma or GED
- Proficiency with computer skills with the ability to accurately use SOPs and work instructions
- Bachelor’s degree and life sciences laboratory experience
- Performing under stress when confronted with emergent, critical, or unusual, or situation in which working speed and sustained attention are make-or-break aspects of the job
- Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
