Job Description:
- SAP TM Experience is critical - either a super user or a trainer with experience documenting TM
- Processes and delivering training classes
- Being able to write is important but not a Technical trainer
- Needs to be able to deliver the training so that a regular business user could understand
- Needs to be able to stand and walk for potentially long periods of time
- Minimum of 2 years transportation is needed
- Under general direction, develops and implements training for the manufacturing workforce.
- Expert level trainer. Reviews quality and operational metrics to identify critical skill gaps.
- Develops targeted training sessions in order to develop needed skills. Provides training and facilitation. Audits and revises critical skill work instructions.
- Tracks training, certifications and progress in critical skills. May provide work leadership to other trainers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Requires at least 5 years relevant training experience in addition to at least 5 years manufacturing experience. Prefer experience with refrigeration products.
- Requires strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to develop and implement training sessions and facilitation sessions.
- Able think critically and identify gaps in skills. Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products required.
