Description:
- Administrative Assistant support for the Market Development Team
- A/R, A/P functions
- Posting and capturing summaries of meetings
- Direct phone engagement with Network Account customers
- Generate and process ERP requirements, documentation, invoicing, vendors, permits, travel arrangements etc.
- Process new hires by working in conjunction with the Human Resources division to ensure completed documentation.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be organized, able to multi-task and team oriented
- Have attention to detail and be self-motivated
- Able to plan, organize and execute daily requirements
- Must pass drug test, fit for duty test and background check
- Location: Memphis, TN, Fairhope, AL or remote worker possibility for highly qualified candidate
