The Market Finance Analyst identifies, researches, analyzes, and reports on diverse Medicare Advantage market data to optimize financial outcomes with operational effectiveness. This individual is a key member of the North East Region's finance team that will partner closely with Corporate Finance and the local Provider Engagement, MRA (Medicare Risk Adjustment), Clinical & Contracting teams to provide support through analytics and reporting.
+ Provides financial analysis and support for operational finance, developing and publishing performance reports, and tracking financial performance against metrics and goals
+ Demonstrates ability to identify key business and information needs, define data specifications and/or data modeling
+ Establishes a cross-functional relationship with multiple business partners within the organization to ensure the timely, accurate, and effective delivery of recurring and ad-hoc initiatives
+ Prepares and distributes actionable analysis and reports that provide insight on financial opportunities for our Medicare lines of business in the North East Region
+ Conducts research and produces reporting using Excel and Power BI of key performance metrics, providing an understanding of how the data reconciles and what it means for current and potential programs
+ Supports a positive customer experience and improved relationships with both internal and external partners
+ Assists with pulling data for AEP bidding season

Required Qualifications
+ 2+ years experience with Excel (pivot tables, charts/graphs, etc.)
+ 2+ years of financial analysis experience
+ 1+ year experience building PowerBI dashboards
+ Strong self-starter with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and has the ability to excel within dynamic working environments
+ EST hours
Preferred Qualifications
+ Working knowledge of SQL
+ Financial Healthcare experience
+ Understanding of Medicare Advantage and/or the healthcare delivery system

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$65,000 - $89,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
