Summary: The Marketing Administrator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the Bank's marketing efforts by developing, maintaining, and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating content across various media platforms, and assisting with event management. This position plays a key role in driving campaigns, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining organized archives of marketing materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain content and communications for marketing campaigns, activities, and events.
- Develop an achievable marketing strategy and establish metrics to track progress and make recommendations for adjustments.
- Manage the Bank's social media
- Continue to develop the Bank's image and footprint through different formats including search optimization
- Collect and present meaningful market research to assist in the formation of the overall strategy.
- Plan and prepare content for publication and sharing across various media channels, including social media, email, brochures, newsletters, and merchandise.
- Coordinate promotional material requirements as defined by management.
- Assist with copywriting, artwork, and web workflows for print and digital marketing communications.
- Organize and manage events, such as seminars, workshops, marketing events, and conferences, ensuring smooth execution.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and the Sales teams to support growth campaigns in deposit, lending, and other key areas.
- Execute marketing and event campaigns through communication systems and tools as directed.
- Responsible for website updates and maintenance using CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Maintain up-to-date archives of all marketing files and ensure proper content management across shared drives and libraries.
- Post marketing updates through internal communication channels.
- Evaluate marketing project ideas to assess feasibility and requirements in collaboration with the team.
- Conduct research using relevant sources such as scientific publications, industry media, and social media outlets.
- Stay current with best practices in writing for the web and social media, as well as trends and activities that communicate effectively with customers.
- Assist with other related tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in marketing and/or sales.
- Experience working with charitable foundations and understanding their specific requirements is highly beneficial but not required.
- A background in creating scientific marketing, promotional, or educational content is advantageous.

- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Salesforce CRM, and Pardot marketing automation tools.
- Experience with search optimization
- Strong project and event management skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency with common marketing tools, including social media platforms, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and graphic design software.
