Assists with implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; maintains promotional materials inventory; plans meetings and events; maintains databases; and prepares reports.

- Responsible for developing and cultivating regional and system wide partnerships
- Ability to nurture partner relationships while effectively working in a cross functional team environment
- Assists with the implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns
- Supports communications to include direct mail, advertising and promotional materials, signage, displays, and presentation materials
- Supports community relations functions to include table filling, sponsorship opportunities and event planning
- Orders and maintains promotional materials; manage promotional calendar
- Implements third party marketing programs especially designed for critical periods
- Supports branch locations with marketing planning tools and services to increase existing donor frequency and attract new donors
- Maintains databases of activities; create reports as requested.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field and two (2) years marketing/community relations experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to coordinate marketing activities and meet deadlines
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of content structure and full command of the English language
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to adhere to deadlines
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to travel 25% of the time.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Functions involve the ability to exert light physical effort usually involving some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (up to 20 pounds). May involve some climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, walking or standing.
