ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Analysis- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to market trends, consumer behavior, and full-funnel marketing campaign performance. Use statistical tools and software to identify patterns and key insights
- Insights Reporting - Prepare comprehensive reports for full-funnel marketing results (client journey, web traffic/conversion (GA&BI), PR/news story release traffic) and dashboards to communicate KPI progress, key findings, and recommendations to drive traffic and conversation rates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Data Integrity - Pull, set up and maintain query reports and overall CRM database to ensure data accuracy in targeting the right customers, right time, right messaging.
- Customer Insights - Analyze customer data to identify key segments, preferences, and purchasing behaviors. Develop targeted marketing strategies for different customer groups.
- Client Journey (CRM) Support - Work closely with the CRM team to develop A/B testing plan with results and key insights to drive optimized performance. In additional support campaign automation set-up and testing.
- Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing team to support strategic planning, budget and decision making. Provide analytical support for new marketing initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong Analytical skills, Data analysis, problem solving, logical reasoning, attention to detail, understanding corporate ecosystem and cross functional impacts.
- Proficient in Excel: Advanced level of excel formula's, data modeling, create and manipulate pivot tables, general presentation and conditional formatting
- General experience working in systems, Business Central, Click Dimensions, Google Analytics, and understanding of Sequel programming is a plus
- Must have a solid understanding of the marketing funnel
- 3-5 Years Experience
- Advanced degree or certification (Google Analytics, Click Dimensions, Sequel Programming) is a plus.
