As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a vital role on projects that focus on improving the customer experience. You will collaborate with cross functional business partners to focus on excellence in CRM (Customer Relevance Marketing) to enhance customer personalization, improving our customer messaging relevance and helping create streamlined processes to improve profitability. This is a hand on role supporting the day to day needs for our operational initiatives.
Position Summary:
Worker is responsible for supporting a variety of initiatives to help us acquire new customers and increase our engagement with and retention of current customers. Candidate will play a key role in ensuring Marketing strategies are executed according to plan, on time and on budget.
Duties:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
" Project and Sr Analyst level and above support
" Requests for data pulls through various CRM querying platforms
" Perform ongoing quality checks and data hygiene assessment
" Research and promptly respond to customer concern issues
" Support UAT to ensure optimum customer experience where needed
" Utilize Teradata or other CRM platforms to write queries to develop segmentation plans, ad-hoc analysis and support complex test vs. control analysis on campaign data
You will be required to have a high focus on accuracy and on-time delivery of targeting and business requests with continuous strategic partner collaboration and strong support for process innovation.
Experience:
Required Qualifications:
" 2+ years of analytical experience working with querying databases writing SQL, R, or Python
" 2+ years experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
" 1+ years relevant experience in operations or analytic reporting
" Bachelor s degree
Education:
Communications, Marketing or similar bachelor's degree
